Support
Pult is a monitoring service for servers and websites: a small open-source agent on your server, the dashboard at pult.watch and the Pult app for iPhone and Mac, which tells you when something breaks. Pult is made by a small independent team in Ukraine.
Contact us
Email [email protected]. We answer every message, usually within one business day. Privacy questions: [email protected].
To get help faster, include
- the email address of your Pult account (or the account number from Dashboard → Settings);
- your device and the app version: iPhone or Mac, the iOS or macOS version, and the Pult version (at the bottom of Settings in the app);
- what you did, what you expected and what happened instead, with the time and your time zone;
- a screenshot, if something looks wrong;
- for a server: the output of
pult status -c /etc/pult/pult.yamlandjournalctl -u pult -n 100.
Never send us passwords or service keys: we will never ask for them.
Is Pult working?
If something is down for everyone, we say so on the status page.

- Connect the app: sign the iPhone or Mac into your account with a QR code or a short code.
- Notifications: push alerts, Telegram, when alerts come and how to test them.
- Services without the agent: Railway, Vercel, App Store Connect, Cloudflare and more.

Delete your account
- In the app: Settings (Налаштування) → Account (Акаунт) → Delete account (Видалити акаунт), then confirm.
- On the website: sign in, open Dashboard → Settings → Delete account, type the confirmation word and confirm.
- By email: write to [email protected] from the account's address.
Servers, checks, history, service keys and devices are deleted immediately and permanently. Agents keep running on your servers until you stop them: systemctl disable --now pult.
